Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your gym equipment (such as Dumbbells or Gym Bags) to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at help@gymvito.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (or your chosen amount). This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the costs of inspecting and repackaging the returned gym gear.
4. Return Shipping Fees
For Defective Products: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, Gymvito will cover the return shipping costs.
For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our warehouse at 4 Candlestick Dr, Thomasville, NC 27360, USA.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days, minus the applicable restocking fee.
