1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship all our premium gym equipment and fitness gear within the United States. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer straightforward shipping rates for our customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders.

  • All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Handling, Transit & Cut-off Time

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we follow these timelines:

  • Order Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through our Track Your Order page.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your gym accessories (such as Kettlebells and Yoga Mats) safely to your doorstep.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at help@gymvito.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier and send a replacement.
